When someone encounters TheGenie today, it can look like the starting point. For me, it sits within a much longer history.
That history includes DocuCoder, WinForms Online and ZipForms Online, the transaction platform later named eRealtor, the first three versions of ZipRealty’s platform developed by my company, and First American’s Interactive Division.
These projects belong to different moments and different collaborations. I don’t want to flatten them into one product pitch. I want to tell the story of each idea and my role in helping bring it to life.
TheGenie itself is a collection: Listing Command, Open House Command, Neighborhood Command, Competition Command, GeoSocial audience generation, TitleGenie and Paisley AI.
That is one reason the name iStrategy matters to me. The “i” can stand for innovation. It can stand for an idea, or information. There are many things a strategy can follow.
iStrategy is the parent-company home for 1parkplace and TheGenie. My personal site has a different job: to connect that work to the person and the thinking behind it.
One place for the company. One place for the products. And a place for the ideas that connect the story.
